Beautiful work. You have captured the Arabian.I paint and draw but your work makes me want to try sculpture. I've always thought it was or is too expensive to work with. Hamilton Ohio which is next to my town of fairfield is the City of Sculpture

Lovely sculptures! Really fantastic! Would love to be the owner one of those life-size sculptures, but I think I need a representative garden to put it in first... Really enjoyed the making-of-the-Peagsus photo album. Lots of hard work (and some sleepless nights I guess?)but a truly wonderful result!
Best wishes
Cecilia

The "War Horse" arrived last week in my place. I spend a lot of time admiring it. I have been collecting bronzes and paintings of horses for years, and the War Horse will have a special place in this collection.
Artistically, but also anatomically speaking, this is one of the best piece of art I have seen in years of exposure to such works.
I am reaaly impressed, and I really do not regret to have taken the risk of ordering through internet and over a picture. The surprise, as I mentioned earlier, was that I received someting even more beautiful than what I would have hoped.
For those who hesitate, don't anymore. If you get a bronze from Cary Van Dansik, you will be part of the lucky ones.

My wife and I commissioned Mam and Young Sham and have had the piece in our home for over two weeks. We had been looking for a sculpture of this type for years and it is now prominently displayed on what we refer as the "marble slab". It is more than I expected and I expected a lot.
I love the movement and awkward grace of Young Sham and I love the way Mr. Van Dansik portrayed the power and love of the doting Mam.
Mr. Van Dansik's passion and love for the Arabian is evident. Kathy and I can't be more pleased with our girls. Thanks Cary for having the soul to create this wonderful piece for us. We will cherish it always.

A pleasure to work with Cary, his service was absolutely fantastic and the final piece was stunning. The Mam and sham was for my dads 60th birthday and Cary had to pull out all the stops in order to get it to me on time.
I wish you the very best with your future work and hopefully we will work together again some day.
Cheers
Nikki

Hi
I love horses and your sculptures are wonderful. I wondered how long it takes to make a live size statue and what would it cost?
Many thanks. With kind regards

As an owner and breeder of Arabian horses,I wanted something special for myself when I turned 50 years old.
I always wanted a life size bronze to grace my yard and represents the breed to others.
I looked at all the major US horse shows, and did not find anything that felt truly represented the Arabian horse with enought detail. I began searching the Internet and found Cary,s site.
Based on only photo,s and some email correspondence with Cary,I purchased Magic Movement. Cary was always wonderful about staying in communication and updating me trough the process,I can not tell you how pleased I was with the arrival of the piece! He is stunning, and so much more detailed than the photo,s could ever show.
The vein detail in the face and the legs, the hair detail in the mane and tail.I could go on and on.
Please accept this as a reference without any hesitation, that if you want "the best" as a reference without any that this artist is who you want deal with. You are welcome to contact me about this very exceptional experience.

Kathy and I commissioned Maam and Young Sham about two years ago. The day hardly ever goes by that I don't get some sort of pleasure from it. It was a gift to ourselves. How beautiful, powerful, and delicate it is. Thanks Cary

Your sculptures are truly wonderful and inspiring. I have done some sculpting of animals and am now hopefully graduating from painting landscapes, still life, and portraits, to animal portraiture especially horses as we own five. You have greatly inspired me and I think you are a very talented artist with a love of horses that is so obvious in your work.Your demonstration pictures on how you build a form to work your sculpture over was truly great. Thank you. Pat
